Report of the Interim Support Staff Sub-Committee
National Board of Directors Meeting
September 2010

The Sub-Committee met on September 21st to finalize our plans for the Montreal Demonstration. Please see the attached map for directions to the Hotel in Montreal. Activities begin at 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning and are scheduled to last until approximately 9:00 a.m. It was decided that soon after the Demo the sub-committee will send notification to CBSA Management that communication and action on this issue is immediately required. Failing a positive response from the CBSA, we will be planning strategic lunch hour “flash demos” in Ottawa. Please note that posters and stickers promoting our cause are available for you to pick up and distribute at your respective Branches, if this is not practical we will mail the material to your address on file. (Let Jim know if you wish to pick up the material here.) The Sub-committee wishes to thank you for your support and we welcome any ideas or strategies you may have to assist us.
