National Board of Directors Meeting
September 2010

The Committee met on Thursday, September 23, 2010, to discuss the following.

Modifications to Branch Rules

Sister Prud’homme carried out a house-keeping review of the Modifications to Branch Rules document and identified several changes that are required to update the document; for example, references to some Branch Rules were inaccurate as they pointed to an outdated version of the Branch Rules.

The National President and Brother Kuderian proofread the document and the National Office can now proceed to publish the new document.

Board Regulations

Brother Lupien and Sister Prud’homme collaborated to prepare the new Board Regulations document that is based on Regulations adopted and modified by the Board at its October 2009 and April 2010 meetings.

The National President, Brother Lafleur, and Brother Kuderian proofread the document and the National Office can now proceed to publish the new document.

Branch Elections Kit

The Committee agreed that the National Office should begin the update of the Branch Elections Kit, since Branch Elections start in about approximately one year, when the Branch Elections Timetable must be posted.

Conclusion

The Committee would like to thank Sister Prud’homme and Brother Lupien for their contribution with the above-mentioned work.
