The Committee met on Tuesday, April 20, 2010, to discuss the following.

 

 

National President Interpretation(s) of By-Laws

 

The National President advised the Committee Chair that he did not give any interpretation of By-Laws since the last Board meeting.

 

 

Outstanding Business

 

Recommendation 30 in the October 2009 By-Law Committee report was referred by the Board to this meeting. The recommendation was emailed to Board members from the National Office a month ago with a friendly reminder to review the recommendation in preparation for this Board meeting.

 

Recommendation #1

 

The Committee recommends adoption of recommendation 30 from its October 2009 report.
