Old Business
- Rainbow Bridge Office cleanliness continues to be an issue.-
NFBC and IT should be co-ordinated to unplug computers and have work stations vacuumed and cleaned periodically – Anita will be setting up time for both parties to participate.-ongoing
- Tinting of PIL booths-
Mark has approved- Anita waiting for price quote.-ongoing
- Pedestrian walk ergonomic study completed several years ago. Some issues still not addressed.
Ergonomic study results and recommendations need to be re-visited –counter width and full work stations need to be addressed. Al F. suggested photo highlights of each area of concern and forward to Mark S.-ongoing
- Keyboard tray at Ped walk is still broken. Disorganized wiring of computers continues. Ongoing
Spoke with Randy Tabaka IT who agreed to address this issue with ATS and correct for us.-ongoing
- Request for cleaning supplies for RB lunchroom.
Shelly K. asked to purchase & submit for petty cash thru Ben.
- Request to have the back/rear window of the pedestrian walk door darkly tinted. Also concerns that back door being left unlocked after cleaning staff opens to do their chores. This causes a safety/security concern with travelling public being able to open freely.
Mark has addressed this issue with Security to have combination lock installed or swipe card.-ongoing
As far as tinting doors at pedwalk, it was suggested that Mark be asked to purchase security screens instead, less costly and more effective. Al F. to forward security screen web site.
- 8 hours between their shifts is still an issue.
Chief to send out heads up e-mail to Superintendants to limit holdover o.t. when Officer not able to have 8 hours between shift.
